Gro Capita started its operations in 2006 in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Through to early 2009 it dealt only with high net worth persons and corporation locally and in the Gulf region.
In March 2009, the company restructured with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa as the Chairman. Joining the company as C.E.O., Mr. Brian Nicolas Gay, Ms. Lara Shukralla as Managing Director and Peter Cruz as Head of Business Development.
